Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using any DrakoSniff product or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

DrakoSniff is a suite of networking and Xbox tools. The Service currently includes the following products:

• DrakoSniff (IP Sniffer) — Real-time packet capture with built-in geolocation, packet moderation, client/server filters, IP lookup, and IP pinger
• Xbox Party Tool — Party crash (Brick Party), unkickable mode, party controls (open/close/lock, picture, status), grab party & friend lists, gamertag checker, message spammer, and invite spammer
• Lag Switch — Connection manipulation with latency, drop, throttle, OOD, tamper, reset, and bandwidth controls. Includes hotkey bindings, preset & custom filters, profiles & sharing

Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion. Not all tools are available on every subscription tier.

3 Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information (username, email)
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

Optionally, you may link a Discord account for payment verification and support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

4 Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for how you use DrakoSniff tools. You agree not to:

• Use any DrakoSniff tool to harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or intimidate any person
• Use the IP Sniffer or Lag Switch to launch denial-of-service (DDoS/DoS) attacks against any target
• Use captured IP addresses or geolocation data to locate, endanger, or swat any individual
• Sell, share, or publicly expose personal information obtained through the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to DrakoSniff or any of its tools
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the DrakoSniff software or mod menus
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

5 Use at Your Own Risk

DrakoSniff tools interact with online services, networks, and Xbox Live. You acknowledge that:

• Using party crash, unkickable mode, spammers, lag switch, or mod menu features may violate the terms of service of Xbox Live, game publishers, or other platforms
• Your Xbox, game, or platform account may be suspended or banned as a result of using these tools
• DrakoSniff is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken against your accounts by Microsoft, Xbox, game publishers, or any third party
• You use all tools entirely at your own risk

6 Subscriptions & Payments

Access to tools is gated by subscription tier (Basic, Pro, Premium, Lifetime). By purchasing a plan you agree to:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly depending on your selected plan
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges, granting permanent access to all tools
• Payments are coordinated through Discord — after checkout, our team will reach out to finalize payment and activate your account
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions will be honored until their current cycle ends
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to Basic or suspension of premium features

7 Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, branding, and materials associated with DrakoSniff are the exclusive property of DrakoSniff and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8 Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data to operate the Service — your username, email, and optionally a linked Discord account. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

IP lookup and geolocation data is sourced from publicly available databases and third-party APIs. DrakoSniff does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Tools may break, features may change, and data may be inaccurate.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrakoSniff and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to Xbox account bans, network issues, data loss, or any consequences of using DrakoSniff tools.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination your access to all tools stops immediately. Sections that should survive termination (liability, IP, disclaimers) will remain in effect.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to any refund.
